1.  Please read the return policy.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on shipping and all international customers must pay the duty fee. Failing to do so the shipping fee to return the items will be deducted from your original order fee. Also, you will be charged for shipping if we try to deliver your package more than twice due to duty fee or wrong address. Please keep in mind, it will be customers responsibility to pay the return shipping on unwanted and unused products within 7 days of purchase date.

2. What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days for processing of your order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.

3. How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-10 business days.  International shipping takes 7-21 business days.

4. What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my product?

If you are dissatisfied with you products, please send an email to royalsessence@gmail.com with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied with.

7. What do I do if a product is sold out?

Unfortunately, we do not have specific restock dates.  You may sign up for restock notifications on the website.

8. Where can I buy your products?

We only sell products at royalsessence.com.  We do not have a storefront location where products are sold.

9. What products are suitable for use on babies?

All products are safe for infants, except the eczema wash which is recommended for ages 1 year old and up.

10. Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.
